Are Kickworthy shoes 100% authentic?
Yes! At Kickworthy, we only sell 100% genuine and verified sneakers from trusted brands and suppliers.
1. Each pair goes through a rigorous quality check by our in-house experts before being listed and again before shipping.
2. All Kickworthy shoes come in original boxes with brand tags, just like you’d find in a retail store.
3. We only sell brand-new, unworn sneakers.
How long will my order take to arrive?
1. We offer fast shipping in Delhi and Delhi NCR, with delivery typically within 2–3 business days.
2. For most locations across India, standard delivery takes 4–7 business days after your order is confirmed.
3. However, shipping to North Eastern states and Jammu & Kashmir may take a little longer due to logistical constraints.
4. Once you’ve placed your order on our website, our team will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the order. After confirmation, your order will be processed and prepared for dispatch. Once dispatched, we’ll keep you informed with timely delivery updates. We kindly request you to be available at your provided address and keep your phone number active for at least 7–8 days to ensure smooth communication and to receive your parcel without any delays on the day of delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?
We start prepping your order as soon as it’s placed, so if you contact us within 15-20 minutes, we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations.
However, once the order is packed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you still wish to cancel after the order has been shipped, cancellation charges will apply to cover the Return to Origin (RTO) and shipping costs, as we, the seller, incur those logistics expenses.
What is your return/exchange policy?
At Kickworthy, we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the shoes must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all packaging intact.
For any defect, damage, or incorrect product, please make sure to record a clear 360° unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel. The video must be uncut and unpaused, clearly showing the issue in one continuous shot—this is necessary for us to process your claim smoothly.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across India so you can shop worry-free and pay only when you receive your order.
There’s absolutely no prepayment required. You can pay the full amount in cash at the time of delivery.
We also support a wide range of secure payment options including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), UPI, Net Banking, and trusted digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How do I choose the right size?
Every Kickworthy product page includes a detailed size guide to help you find the perfect fit. Most of our styles run true to size, and if there are any deviations, we clearly mention them in the product description.
We offer standard sizing overall, but some styles may naturally accommodate wider or narrower feet. If you’re unsure or need assistance, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help you choose the right pair.
